Before you book
Do I need to be home?
Not always. If the bike is somewhere we can reach, like a driveway or side yard, and you've approved the quote, we can do the work and text you when it's done. Unattended repairs are paid up front by Apple Pay, Venmo or Zelle.
How long does a repair take?
Most flats, brake jobs and throttle swaps take 20 to 60 minutes. A full tune-up takes about 90 minutes.
What if you can't fix it on site?
If a job needs dealer software or a part we don't carry, we'll tell you before charging for labor, and point you to a shop that can help. You'd only pay the trip fee and any diagnostic you approved.
Do you supply parts?
Yes. We carry common tubes, pads, throttles, connectors and chains. For anything else we order it, quote it first, and come back to install it.
How do I pay?
Cash, Apple Pay, Venmo or Zelle. We don't take credit or debit cards yet. You pay when the job is done and you've seen the bike working. If you won't be home, you pay up front by Apple Pay, Venmo or Zelle.
Do you work in the rain?
We need a dry, covered spot like a garage or carport to work on electrical parts. If there isn't one, we'll reschedule at no charge.
Can you make my bike faster?
We don't remove speed limiters or set up bikes to go past California's legal e-bike class limits for street riding.
Get on the schedule
Send the details and we'll text you a flat-rate quote and a time, usually the same day.
